Vaishnav Engineering Works was established in 1971 with the manufacturing of Fasteners. In 1998, we have expanded manufacturing unit with facilities to manufacture Formwork and Scaffolding. With quality products and quick services, Vaishnav has become a trusted brand in the Middle East Market, and carved a niche among all leading Scaffolding and Formwork traders and contractors. Along with the manufacturing of standard parts, Vaishnav has also developed a technical department to design and produce the Scaffolding and Formwork as per International Standards. Testing Techniques :

• Inspection is done according to samples of client
• Every 2 hours inspection is being done, dimensionally and visually using international standard instruments.
• We are getting raw material tested by first party and second party.
• Incoming and In-process inspection is being made.
• Special guages are made for checking the quality aspect of the component.

• Microscope with 1000X magnification with the Structure analysis software so that the internal structure of the casting can seen and then analysed with the help of the software.
