How long does a repair take?

We aim to provide a quick turnaround on repairs within a month. We are happy to accommodate urgent jobs when needed.

How are repair costs calculated?

Our pricing is transparent and we are happy to provide full quotes for any levels of repair and refurbishment. We understand each customers requirements are different and will tailor quotes to ensure you only pay for the elements or refurbishment or repair you require. If equipment is uneconomical to repair we will advise and return it.

How are deliveries and collections managed?

We work with local and national hauliers to ensure timely and reasonable transport to and from our customers. Customers are welcome to schedule their own collections and deliveries also.
